A mission rooted in wasted potential
Cerio.ai was founded in 2023 by infrastructure engineers who spent years watching billions of dollars of GPU capacity sit idle. Enterprise GPU utilization averages below 30% — not because teams don't need more compute, but because the rigid coupling of GPUs to physical hosts makes fine-grained sharing impossible.
Our product is a software-defined GPU disaggregation layer that decouples GPU resources from physical hardware and makes them composable — allocatable in precise fractions to any workload, anywhere in your infrastructure.
Today, Cerio.ai serves enterprise infrastructure teams across media & entertainment, financial services, and cloud service providers. Our team is focused on one outcome: making GPU compute as elastic and efficient as cloud object storage.
